Today the Geneva Cemetery lots are all owned by individuals; however, there are niches available in the columbarium. There is currently an effort to audit the ownership of the lots to determine if any lots not needed by the original family can be resold. Further updates will be posted on our website if interested.

The Geneva Cemetery was organized and recorded on January 6th, 1903, by Ole Grus and Matilda Charlotte Olson of Alexandria. Because Olson established the cemetery, there are 55 lots recorded under the Olson name.
The Geneva Cemetery is owned and controlled by the Geneva Cemetery Association. It is the goal to make Geneva Cemetery a quiet and beautiful cemetery, and to continue improvement to preserve the appearance of the Cemetery.
